- Take charge of financial controls, implementing effective processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare year-end accounts and deliver timely management accounts, providing clarity on the financial position.
- Work directly within a high-performing, close-knit team to support and strengthen the business.
- Experience working in an SME environment, with a background in property or construction being a strong advantage.
- Practical experience in refining financial controls and processes.
- Ideally, an accounting qualification (although not essential if you bring the right hands-on experience).
