The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Drive process improvements, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
- Work closely with external auditors, key stakeholders and senior management
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role
- SAP, Salesforce or similar Accounting Software experience alongside strong Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders
- Track record of driving efficiencies and improving financial processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
