Our client is looking for a Management Accountant in Derby within Real Estate and Property, reporting to the Financial Controller on a temporary basis and starting as soon as possible.
You will play a vital role in our client's Finance Team.
The successful Management Accountant will be working closely with the Financial Controller to handle all functions related to finance.

For the successful Management Accountant, this is a temporary position with the potential of it going permanent.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Management Accountant:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Posting journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cashflow
- Inventory control
- Managing fixed assets register
- Managing deferred revenue and revenue tracker
- Managing ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Ad-hoc duties that may be required
- Support with business implementation
Profile
The successful Management Accountant:
- Be immediately available
- Experience in a Management Accountant position
- Producing management accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with finance systems
- Experience with system implementation
- Able to commute to Derby
