Fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience as a Management Accountant to join a global aerospace business. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with two or three days required in the office and the remainder of your time working from home.

A global supply chain management and distribution company that specialises in providing supply chain solutions for the aerospace, defence, and other industries. They offer services such as inventory management, procurement, and logistics, ensuring that manufacturers receive the right parts at the right time.
Description
- Guide the accurate and timely production of all financial reports in line with Group reporting deadlines, support and guide to deliver accurate budgets and cost saving initiatives.
- Manage local team and work with shared service centre who manage AP processes.
- Conduct sales and margin by customer analysis at month end and work closely with commercial finance departments to reconcile numbers and identify variances.
- Stock reconciliations.
- Ensure all inter-company entities balance at month end.
- Closely oversee the AR function.
- Support management when necessary with internal & external report pack production.
Profile
You will be CIMA/ACCA qualified and ideally have experience working within a supply chain or manufacturing background.
You will also have proven experience of managing a team and have significant relevant experience in a computerised accounting environment.
You will be technically proficient with MS Excel, comfortable with VLOOKUP, SUMIF and pivot tables.
Job Offer
Up to £53k basic salary dependent on experience
Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office, the remainder of your time from home)
Bonus opportunities
Pension to max of 8% (employee 6%)
25 days hols - can purchase a further 5days.
