Job Title: Group Management Accountant
Location: Derby, Pride Park (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 FTE

About the Role:This is a key position within the finance team, with a focus on three main areas:
- Group Consolidation: You will lead the consolidation of management accounts across the group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- System Implementation & Process improvement: You'll assist with the implementation of Netsuite, ensuring the smooth integration and optimisation / automation of the system.
- Board Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing board reports, providing commentary, and delivering key performance indicator (KPI) reporting to senior management.
About You:To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Full qualification (CIMA, CGMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in a group finance environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven ability to improve accounting systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Benefits:
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
- Pension: Matched contributions starting at 3%, rising up to 8%
