You'll play a key role in enhancing systems, delivering financial insights, and supporting strategic growth. With a blend of ownership over finance projects and involvement in the quarterly consolidation of management accounts across four group companies, every day will bring variety and challenge.

The Opportunity... 

  • Partner with the Group Financial Controller to deliver strategic initiatives and achieve key milestones.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting for greater efficiency and insight.
  • Oversee quarterly consolidation of group management accounts.
  • Produce subsidiary MI packs and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Assist with statutory reporting, including preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements.
  • Partner with business teams to manage budgets, reforecasting, and drive decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or QBE).
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • A methodical and analytical approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gather evidence effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
