Description
- Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for property projects
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed cost reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with project teams to optimise financial performance
- Contribute to financial decision-making processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports
- Assist in the development of internal financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial advice and support to project teams
Profile
A successful Project Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
