A new role for an experienced Assistant Accountant has been created at a growing business in Derby, offering a salary between £30,000 and £35,000.
The position requires relevant experience in areas such as purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, and bank reconciliation.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant will also be responsible for month-end work and producing reports for management.
The company offers benefits including onsite parking, 25 days of holiday plus statutory days, and an enhanced pension plan.
Flexible working hours are available, allowing employees to start between 8:00am and 9:00am and finish between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

Due to expansion a new role has been created for this growing business based in Derby for an experienced Assistant Accountant.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, as the Assistant Accountant, you will be working in a small team and responsibilities will include:

Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Credit control
Cash book
Bank reconciliation
Journals
Month end work
Producing reports for management
Accruals and repayments

The company has onsite parking, 25 days holiday plus stats, option to buy or sell 5 days holiday per year, enhanced pension, and flexible on start and finish times can start between 8:00am and 9:00am finish between 4:00pm and 5:00pm, fun friendly team to work in.
