Part Time Lettings Accounts - Derby - up to £30k PRO RATA

This is a great opportunity to join a leading, multi branch, independent Lettings agent who have been established in the Derbyshire area for many years. They are looking for a Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator who will be handling the accounts reconciliation process to include daily rent reconciliation, landlord/tenant/contractor payments. They are looking for someone to work either 2 days a week 9am - 5.30pm or 3 days 9.30am - 2.30pm.

Main duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator Role:

  • Posting rent, deposits and administration fees received onto tenants’ accounts
  • Paying Landlords
  • Assisting landlords and tenants with account related queries
  • Posting and paying contractor invoices
  • Assisting with the preparation of landlords’ monthly statements
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Protecting deposits with the DPS and transferring funds

Requirements:

  • Accounts experience essential
  • Experience working in Lettings
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills/CRM systems. Knowledge of Vebra Alto would be advantageous, although training given
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
