Part Time Lettings Accounts - Derby - up to £30k PRO RATA
This is a great opportunity to join a leading, multi branch, independent Lettings agent who have been established in the Derbyshire area for many years. They are looking for a Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator who will be handling the accounts reconciliation process to include daily rent reconciliation, landlord/tenant/contractor payments. They are looking for someone to work either 2 days a week 9am - 5.30pm or 3 days 9.30am - 2.30pm.
Main duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator Role:
- Posting rent, deposits and administration fees received onto tenants’ accounts
- Paying Landlords
- Assisting landlords and tenants with account related queries
- Posting and paying contractor invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of landlords’ monthly statements
- Bank account reconciliations
- Protecting deposits with the DPS and transferring funds
Requirements:
- Accounts experience essential
- Experience working in Lettings
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills/CRM systems. Knowledge of Vebra Alto would be advantageous, although training given
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
