The firm, ideally, want to bring someone in at a level between the accounts team and Client Managers. The position will sit above the compliance and production team, in a role involving accounts, tax, personal and company taxes, company secretarial work, share transfers, Director changes etc

Duties will include:
- Liaising with and seeing existing clients with accounts, tax returns and other ad hoc meetings
- Produce and finalise accounts, tax returns, and other assignments.
- Preparation of accounts for larger clients
- Company secretarial work, share transfers, Director changes etc
- Working closely with the directors
