A successful firm in modern offices in Derby are seeking to recruit into a crucial job role, which can suit anyone from a capable Accountant level through to Client Manager grade.

The firm, ideally, want to bring someone in at a level between the accounts team and Client Managers. The position will sit above the compliance and production team, in a role involving accounts, tax, personal and company taxes, company secretarial work, share transfers, Director changes etc

 

The firm are excellent at training and happy to help develop areas where you have less experience.

 

They are flexible on hybrid working, most people do 50% or more office time, but they allow further homeworking, where required.

 

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with and seeing existing clients with accounts, tax returns and other ad hoc meetings
  • Produce and finalise accounts, tax returns, and other assignments.
  • Preparation of accounts for larger clients
  • Company secretarial work, share transfers, Director changes etc
  • Working closely with the directors
