We are seeking a diligent  Service Administrator to join our clients team in Derby. This role is crucial in supporting our customers, Welding Engineers, and Managers across the UK and potentially overseas. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of maintaining database systems, assisting in the preparation of invoices and quotes, and supporting the team in achieving UKAS accreditation and compliance with Construction Product Regulations.

Day-to-day of the role:Maintain accurate records within our database systems.Provide administrative support to Welding Engineers, aiding in the production of weld procedure and welder qualifications.Manage time and expense data entry and assist in the preparation of provisional invoices.Prepare quotes and issue certificates for Construction Product Regulations and Quality requirements for welding services.Support Engineers and Managers during UKAS assessments.Formulate welding certification to relevant standards & codes following a training period. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong administrative and organisational skills.Proficiency in database management and data entry.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with a team of Engineers and Managers.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Willingness to undergo training in welding certification standards and codes.Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
