Senior Physiotherapist & Ergonomist - Derby - £50,000p/aUp to £50,000 per annum for this role, depending on experience and qualifications.Role OutlineSearch Consultancy are recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist & Ergonomist for our client's site, based in Derby; one of the UK's leading Occupational Health organisations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Derby, with occasional requirements to travel to our sister site also. The chosen candidate will work 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hour working days, plus lunch breaks), Monday to Friday, with flexibility in terms of working hours between the site hours of 8am-5pm.This is a very exciting role in which you will play an integral role in the development, management and delivery of both the Ergonomic & Physiotherapy services for our client, ensuring the service is fully utilised.You will be working closely with our client's Admin Team Leader for administration and operational processes, ensuring SLA's are met and protocols are followed. Alongside this, you will provide accurate ergonomic assessment reports with appropriate recommendations for managers to review. You'll identify hazards in the workplace, and subsequently assess the risk of the identified hazards which may cause or aggravate an individuals musculoskeletal ill health.Another key aspect of this role will be the provision of evidence-based physiotherapy clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment using a biopsychological model. Following these, you will be providing well written, clear reports to management following physiotherapy assessments and at time of discharge, indicating the employees' fitness to work or identifying any adjustments to their role in the short term, long term or permanently.Company BenefitsOne of the best things about joining our client is their rewards package.
