This is a permanent full-time role - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your team of operatives are the face of the company to all our vending customers in the Midlands/South. It is down to you - your recruitment, coaching, development and management of the team - to deliver the high customer standards we set. You need to be an experienced and enthusiastic manager who is a strong team player and knows staff engagement is the key to success.

You will spend approx. 50% of your time with your team spread throughout the Midlands and South to promote maximum engagement, you will be additionally responsible for quality checks and promoting "pride in the position" - raising standards and driving revenue. With the training and support of our Operations Manager, you will have all the back-up you need to succeed.

With a track record in managing a manual team, and working to pre-set KPI’s, you need to be focussed on the numbers and able to show you are on top of:

• Planogram compliance

• Ensuring uniform standards are adhered to

• Routing and visit scheduling

• Ensuring compliance with cash and stock control

• Vehicle checks - stock and cleanliness

• Holiday and sickness management

• Overtime and wage reporting

• Liaising with new installations team

• Quality checks on an ad-hoc basis

• Liaising with the local NHS customers in walk rounds and meetings

• Conducting staff one 2 ones and disciplinaries

• Highlighting and supporting employees who need training

• Conduct interviews with new potential staff

The role requires someone with a full driving licence who is flexible and can work longer at short notice if required.
