Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a bespoke, award-winning architectural practise based local to Derby who are actively looking for an experience Architectural Technologist to join the team. Since establishing over 25 years ago, this Revit using practise, have developed a tight knit team of around 15 employees. With a team built up of experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists, our client assists with all aspects of a project, collaborating with other professionals to achieve the best possible results, both in terms of design and functionality, also time scale and cost.
The successful Architectural Technologist, will have the opportunity to develop both their industry knowledge and portfolio, working closely alongside senior members of the team working within a variety of sectors. Project values typically range between 1 million to 5 million, and occasionally pushing up to that 8 million mark. This role would include working within a variety of sectors, ranging between private/high-end Residential, Commercial, Heritage and a handful of Education projects. Our client has an outstanding reputation of delivery high quality projects, narrowing down into the finer details alongside sticking to their clients brief, therefore are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who has a strong eye for detail.
Architectural Techologist Position Remuneration- Competitive salary, ranging between £30,000 to £40,000

- Representative the practice externally through client and consultant liaison
- Use of Revit on a daily basis.
- Work on a range of developments within the Residential, Commercial, Heritage and Education sector's
- Developing technical design approach and bringing experience to the realisation of design concepts
- Opportunity to lead a project
- Relevant Degree Qualified, Essential
- Minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience is preferred
- Living in a commutable distance of Derby
- Proficient in Revit, Essential
- Experience leading a project is preferred, however not essential
- Highly Motivated with an excellent work ethic and keen eye for detail
- Experience working within a variety of sectors
