Pre-construction Manager
I am recruiting for a Pre-construction Manager to join a client of mine in the Derby area they are a Tier1 main contractor who specialise in Dfe, MOD HMP AND MOJ projects. The company are rapidly expanding and have some extremely high-end projects coming up.

Role and responsibilities:
- Overseeing the pre-construction team
- Reporting into the Pre- Construction Director
- Organize, oversee, and facilitate pre-bid and bid meetings.
- Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
- Facilitate post-bid and scope evaluation meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Experience on Education, MOD, HMP, MOJ projects
- Construction background as a Pre-construction Manager
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
- The role involves traveling
Salary and benefits:
- Salary up to 90,000 this will be based on experience.
- Company car or car allowance
