We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design phases of a diverse portfolio of engineering projects. Reporting directly to the Design Management Regional Discipline Lead, you will deliver cost-effective, technically compliant, and buildable solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellence in Health & Safety in design, complying with all regulations and legislation.
Lead the design team to deliver focused, cost-efficient, and high-quality outcomes on time.
Develop and manage Design Management Plans, status updates, and expenditure reports.
Drive sustainability efforts by reducing carbon footprints in design solutions.
Provide technical support during construction, assembly, and commissioning stages.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project success.
About You:
Essential:

Extensive experience in multi-disciplinary design management within design-build environments.
Chartered Engineer with a degree in an engineering-related discipline.
Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction Health & Safety.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes and related engineering disciplines.
Desirable:

Experience in the Water/Wastewater Treatment Industry.
Knowledge of BIM procedures and collaborative working approaches.
APM Project Management Qualification or working towards it.
