  • Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of NDAs, customer RFPs, supplier contracts, and amendments, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
  • Support bid activity, working with sales and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals and contract strategies.
  • Manage contract lifecycles—including renewals, updates, and maintaining clear summaries—ensuring internal visibility and version control.
  • Provide commercial analysis, including pricing reviews, risk assessments, and support during disputes or claims.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer flow-down terms through regular audits and document control.
Contracts & Commercial ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in contracts or commercial roles, ideally within aerospace or manufacturing
  • Confident negotiator with a keen interest in developing contract drafting skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and clients
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is a bonus
