SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic business based at Pride Park in Derby for a Accounts Payable Clerk. Working within a newly refurbished open plan office, you will be a key member of the finance team working with both oversees and UK suppliers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: - To help process invoices received onto the Accounts Payable ledger in a timely manner - To manage the reconciliation of supplier statements to the AP ledger, and follow up on any queries - To provide cover for the weekly BACS payment runs - To process expense claims on the accounts system - To help manage the Accounts Payable inbox, and follow up on actions accordingly - To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the AP Manager We are looking for a candidate who can: - To be able to work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy. - To present a positive 'can do' attitude as expected by the wider business. - To maintain complete confidentiality at all times, as necessary for work within the Finance department. - To build a team approach and promote loyalty and co-operation within the Finance department.
