Administrator

We are working with a growing and vibrant business in Derby, who have an exciting new opportunity for an organised individual to join their team to provide all-round administration support.

If you are an experienced Administrator immediately available and looking for an exciting varied role, this could be the right role for you!

Salary Information:

Up to £25,000 DOE

The company are industry leaders in their market and have a fantastic reputation in the market. You will be joining a friendly and super supportive team.

Ideally you will have you own car and be happy to commute to the office when required.

Working Hours

The role is full time office based, Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm with 1 hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries through calls and emails to enhance the customer experience.
  • Generate and submit essential documentation for the booking process, such as booking forms, joining instructions, certificates, results and analysis, in addition to routine duties.
  • Manage team calendars, set up meetings, record minutes and maintain action logs.
  • Support the Business Development Director with sales tasks, including marketing submissions during absences.
  • Create and save all pre course and post course documents in a timely manner.
  • Oversee exam invigilation and course reviews.
  • Assist with the monthly invoicing and payment processes, obtain quotes and process invoices from associate trainers.
  • Manage other general administrative tasks as required.

About You

The preferred candidate will have experience working in a administration role and a busy office environment, be comfortable working independently and as a team. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and be a confident user of MS Office Packages including Excel.
