At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as Caretaker.In this role you will provide an effective and customer focused caretaking services within the PFI contract. you will monitor tenants who may be experiencing difficulties, so you should keep the Housing Officer informed of tenant problems so that the necessary support and advice can be given. Ideally you will provide basic maintenance type services - such as low-level aids and adaptations.About youWe are looking for someone with:
  • Full UK Driver’s License.
  • Experience of working within Social Housing.
  • Basic IT Skills.
  • Experience of providing a maintenance service.
  • Experience of gardening.
  • Experience of working with tenants in the social housing sector. 
  • Understanding of Health and Safety in communal areas within social housing.
