Customer Service Administrator
Location: DE56 Belper - Office-based (hybrid working after training)
Transport: Own transport essential

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the diaries for a team of surveyors, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently.

Duties:
  • Schedule appointments
  • Liaise with applicants, vendors, clients, and lenders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with surveyors, ensuring regular contact.
  • Optimise surveyors' diaries
  • Provide administrative support
  • Conduct follow-up calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.

Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the Property industry desirable
  • Experience in diary management.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.

Own Transport required due to location.

24k basic plus Bonus (paid monthly)

Working hours 37.5 per week between 8.00-18.00 on a rota
Must be flexible to work outside of these hours if required (remote based)
