Night shifts available with various start times from 1500 hrs to 2200 hrs
Hours per shift - can be up to 15
Rate 18.00 per hour
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work with one of our Clients in Derby, driving NIGHTS - either curtain-side general haulage deliveries or Trailer swaps - NATIONWIDE.
Driver Responsibilities:
Driving a Class I vehicle, following a planned route from the Clients site in Derby to customers across the UK. General haulage transportation [or Trailer swaps]. We require Drivers who demonstrate high integrity standards and demonstrating a friendly customer service.
Driver requirements and skills:
* You must be happy to drive NIGHTS
* You MUST be in possession of a HGV Class 1 (C+E) license, Driver CPC & DIGI Cards
* Motoring convictions starting with the code SP for speeding offences are acceptable, up to a max. of 6 points. NB: no other endorsements / convictions are acceptable.
* Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, Upbeat, self-motivated and resilient - are welcomed in this role.
* Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards throughout.
* You must have good geographical knowledge
