The role involves driving a curtain-sided heavy goods vehicle, with trunking and trailer dropping, on either day or night shifts from Monday to Friday, with optional weekends.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of HGV Class 1 experience, a CE entitlement, Digi Card, and CPC certification.
Pay rates are £17.74 per hour for days, £20.96 for nights, with higher rates for overtime and holidays.
The position offers long-term, regular work with 5 shifts per week, working 10 to 12 hours per shift.

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for our client based just outside of Derby for a number of Class 1 vacancies.

Immediate starts are available. This is long term ongoing employment.

Driving a curtain sided heavy goods vehicle
Trunking/Trailer dropping
Start times on either DAY or NIGHT shift
Monday to Friday with additional weekends if wanted
No Handball

To be considered for this HGV1/LGV1/C+E role you will need:

CE Entitlement
Digi Card & CPC
HGV Class 1 licence for at least 2 years
Various start times (must be flexible)

You will be provided with a full week booking so there are no 'odd days'.

You can expect to work between 10 - 12 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week.

Rates of Pay:

Class 1 Days: £17.74 per hour, £26.62 after 9, £35.48 Sundays / Bank holidays.

Class 1 Nights: £20.96 per hour, £29.83 after 9, £38.70 Sundays / Bank holidays.
