Great oppoortunity to work as a HGV Driver for our clients Haulage Transport Company.
Staffline is recruiting a HGV Driver in Derby.
The rate of pay is £18.00 per hour flat rate, £37,440 per annum based on 40 hours per week (this will be minimum) and £42,120 per annum based on 45 hours per week.
This is a full time role. Maximise hours per week and have weekends free - guaranteed 40 hours per week temp and perm. The hours are 06:00am start to finish approx. 15:00pm to 17:00pm (45 to 48 hours usual week).
Your Time at Work
As a HGV Driver you will be responsible for:
- Curtain sider work, strapping loads, pallet truck work for palletised goods, usual general haulage.
- Working across the UK from factories and distribution centers, (not stores). No planned stop overs unless due to road works and traffic etc a night out may be needed.
- Dry goods all palletised
- Paperwork for POA provided and inductions held by client on runs and service levels. No handheld terminals or apps required on mobile phones.
- Moving forward training on moffett trucks would be likely to support the businesses growth and customers needs, please note this in your application.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will show a smart presentation and have a clean license.
Applicants must have a valid cat C+E license.
Experience in a similar role is required.
