About the Role:Are you an Bench Joiner looking for a new opportunity with a company that values quality craftsmanship and offers room for growth? Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and dynamic joinery company, for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their team.
As a key member of the joinery workshop, you will work alongside the Joinery Team Leader to produce high-quality, bespoke joinery items. If you’re someone who takes pride in delivering top-notch results, with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Joinery Team Leader to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assemble bespoke joinery components to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Coordinate project requirements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Desired 3 years of experience as a Bench Joiner, with a proven ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and working from technical drawings.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A methodical approach to work and excellent problem-solving skills.
