We are seeking a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Derby area for a well-established company in the social housing sector.
The role involves reactive maintenance work on domestic properties, with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.
Responsibilities include carpentry repairs, basic plumbing, patch plastering, and painting.
Candidates must have a Full UK driving license, their own tools, and be time served or possess relevant qualifications.
The position offers a pay rate of £22 per hour with weekly pay and potential for full-time employment.

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Derby area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the reactive maintenance team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:

Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

Have a Full UK driving license
Have their own tools
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
