Your New Role as Our Head Chef:

  • High-Standard Scratch Cooking: Craft exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop your kitchen brigade, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
  • Stock Control: Oversee inventory and maintain efficient stock management.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
  • Menu Planning and Design: Innovate and design menus that captivate and delight our guests.
  • Development: Learn from our Executive Chef and other Head Chefs in the group.

What We Ask of You:

  • Passion for Cooking: A genuine love for creating the highest quality food.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, high-volume gastropub or restaurant.
  • Organised and Communicative: Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
