We are seeking a passionate and capable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a hotel with exciting development plans over the next two years.
The position is full-time, requiring a commitment of 45 hours per week.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a busy fine dining restaurant and hold a level two food hygiene certificate.

We?re looking for a pasionate and capable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The hotel has a stunning location and exciting development plans over the next 2 years. We?re looking for an energising and capable Chef to join our team under the leadership of our newly appointed award winning Head Chef.

What you?ll have: Passion, commitment, relative experience in managing food costs and delivering on budgeted GP, commitment to high levels of food safety & hygiene, enthiasm to develop others.

There are significant plans for expansion & development of the hotel.

Sous Chef, on a full time permanent basis, 45 hours per week. Minimum of level two food hygiene certificate essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy fine dining restaurant. Own transportation required due to location.
