You'll be part of an exciting new project, working in a vibrant kitchen, crafting dishes with top-quality, locally sourced ingredients to a high standard.

Your Role:
- Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes from scratch.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Manage stock, orders, and ensure top hygiene standards.
- Maintain consistency and quality in every dish.
