The role centres on supporting clients in finding the right options for their requirements across the country. It requires someone confident in qualifying leads, pitching the most suitable opportunities, and managing the process until the deal is successfully closed on the client’s behalf.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in successfully selling and negotiating on behalf of clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules and coordinate effectively.
- Confident in delivering presentations to potential clients, often via video calls.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly qualify clients to secure exclusivity for their needs, ensuring revenue is guaranteed.
- Plan and manage client schedules, including route planning and time management, for smooth and efficient processes.
- Quickly convert inbound leads, recognising the value of timely action.
- Follow up proactively by contacting all leads promptly, utilizing alternative methods of contact when necessary.
- Collaborate with partners to gather relevant information, ensuring all presented options are viable and aligned with client needs.
- Attend client appointments as needed, which may involve travel.
- Conduct consultative negotiations while delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- Build relationships within the sector by attending relevant events and representing the company.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing support.
- Maintain a productive sales pipeline and manage daily tasks effectively.
