The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Developmentwillfocus on developing new business opportunities and managing key accountsacross Midlands,for Industrial Automation products such as valves,actuators,sensors, pneumatics, AC&DC motors, pumps, instrumentation, gearboxes, couplingsand similar industrial automation products and solutionsvia distribution channels and OEM customers.

The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager willideallyhave experience selling or managing key accounts within industrial automation, instrumentation, sensors, process control, motion control, valves or pneumatics. Full product training provided.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
  • Will have a primary focus on selling and managing key accountsforindustrial automation, instrumentation, process control, motion control, valves and pneumatic productsvia distribution channels and OEM customers.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business developmentforIndustrial Automation products such as valves,actuators,sensors, pneumatics, AC&DC motors, pumps, instrumentation, gearboxes, couplingsand similar industrial automation products and solutions.
  • Maintainingindustrial automation productsales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
  • Work remotely/ field basedcovering the Midlands Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry, with regular visits to customer sites.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similarwithin ma
  • Experience selling industrial automation productsincludingautomation,instrumentation, sensors, process control, motion control, valves or pneumatics. Full product training provided.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed, grow, and bring on new business within the Industrial Automation marketplace.
  • Industrial Automation Service Engineers looking for progression into sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Willingness to operate remotely with travel to customer sites across the Midlands.
