Senior Bid Manager / Bid Manager - a Tier 1 building contractor is recruiting a Senior Bid Manager / Bid Manager to join their growing East Midlands division. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Bid Manager / Bid Manager to join an award-winning contractor with a track record delivering projects across education, healthcare, MoJ and MoD frameworks.
The Senior Bid Manager / Bid Manager will take a lead role managing projects from the PQQ stage through to commencement on site.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Experience developing and executing a winning bid strategy
- Experienced in bid writing and editing
- Excellent communication skills
Key Duties:
- Lead the pre-construction team in the East Midlands
- Work closely with the estimating team to ensure bid are submitted on time
- Laise with the design team during the pre-construction stage
- Lead on tenders with the client and project teams
- Manage the tender bid settlement process
- Report to the Pre-Construction Director

Package Info:
- Basic Salary of £70,000 - £80,000 (Nego. DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Bid Manager / Bid Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction main contractor.
