The OpportunityWe’re recruiting for an exciting role as a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-established company specializing in HVAC services across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new markets and clients for HVAC maintenance contracts.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct surveys, prepare quotations, and submit tenders.
  • Work closely with an experienced team to exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirements

About You

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within HVAC or service contracts (not essential).
  • A personable and engaging individual with outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Target-driven, commercially astute, and strategic in your approach.
  • Exceptional time management, negotiation, and planning abilities.
