We’re partnering them as they look to recruit a new field sales Business Development Manager, commencing employment on Monday 4th November. If you are looking for the next step in your sales career with uncapped earning potential, this could be a fantastic role for you.  In terms of earning potential, the current team is averaging £65,000 OTE, with 15% of the team achieving £80,000 to £100,000 OTE, and the top performing 10% achieving £100,000 to £130,000 OTE.  Key Responsibilities:  + Regularly prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling + Handle face-to-face business reviews with customers to gain a detailed understanding of their requirements, allowing you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs.+ Negotiating and closing business contracts with new customers.  To succeed you’ll:  + Be able to evidence success in a sales role.+ Be excellent at building and managing relationships with customers.+ Be able to objectively evaluate customers’ needs and wants.+ Be able to demonstrate resilience in overcoming objections.+ Be results orientated, maximising opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship building.+ Be comfortable using Microsoft applications and CRM software such as Salesforce.+ Have a full UK Driving Licence.  How you’ll be rewarded:  + £33,000 basic salary.+ £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel.+ Uncapped commission structure.+ Quarterly & annual incentives – total value of an additional £16,000.+ 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays.+ Company mobile phone & laptop provided.+ Contributory pension scheme.+ Share incentive scheme.+ Life assurance.  To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have previous demonstrable sales experience.This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP and is being managed by both Daniel Bryant.
