- Oversee and manage the commercial sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
- Cover the different product lines in our client's portfolio
- Ensure effective communication between the sales departments and the DP
- Plan, organise and coach the sales team in order to ensure maximum success.
- Have a proven track record within a HGV General Sales Manager role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
