Junior Sales Executive

Reed is collaborating with one of the UK's largest independent surfacing contractor, renowned for its commitment to excellence and a collaborative team environment. We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the dynamic Sales team. This role offers a supportive learning environment that ensures personal development and opportunities for progression.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Progress enquiries through the sales funnel to the point of contract award.
- Update notes and maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
- Add new contacts to projects and organisations within the CRM.
- Maintain and update LinkedIn profiles and key account client hierarchy charts on the CRM.
- Ensure key personnel details are added to our CRM for analysis and marketing purposes.
- Develop periodic content and communications for key account client segments.
- Support the preparation of Quality Submissions for Frameworks and Large Contract bids.
- Conduct reviews of specialist press for opportunities and research client pipeline opportunities for inclusion in our sales funnel.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining client databases.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
