Reed is collaborating with one of the UK's largest independent surfacing contractor, renowned for its commitment to excellence and a collaborative team environment. We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the dynamic Sales team. This role offers a supportive learning environment that ensures personal development and opportunities for progression.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Progress enquiries through the sales funnel to the point of contract award.
  • Update notes and maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Add new contacts to projects and organisations within the CRM.
  • Maintain and update LinkedIn profiles and key account client hierarchy charts on the CRM.
  • Ensure key personnel details are added to our CRM for analysis and marketing purposes.
  • Develop periodic content and communications for key account client segments.
  • Support the preparation of Quality Submissions for Frameworks and Large Contract bids.
  • Conduct reviews of specialist press for opportunities and research client pipeline opportunities for inclusion in our sales funnel.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining client databases.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
