Are you from a sales or customer service background looking for a role where you'll benefit from full industry and technical training, and be supported to progress to a Key Account Manager role within 18 months, ensuring you'll reach your full potential?

This well-established company will be celebrating their 30 year anniversary in the coming months and have no plans of slowing down, providing an essential repair and overhaul service within the rail industry. Headcount is always increasing and due to continual growth the friendly yet ambitious team are looking for a new NDT Technician to take the business forward.

In this role you will carrying out a range of varied activities from processing orders and quotes via email or over the phone, to upselling and cross selling, following up quotes with the incentive of placing orders, inputting into various systems, passing on queries to the correct department, and providing pricing support.

This role would suit someone from a customer service / sales background, looking to join a well-established company, that will allow you to progress and develop your skills, whilst increasing your earnings.

The Role

  • Managing enquiries from clients alongside processing sales and associated admin
  • Identify new opportunities to upsell and build relationships
  • Assist with marketing team, supporting at events and conferences
  • Pricing support
