Description
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base in the industry.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Calling potential new clients to establish new business opportunities.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Reporting on sales results to the sales team and senior management.
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Be a highly confident individual.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications is a plus.
