Our retained client has an Offsite Housing solution that is being aimed at the small to medium sized regional house builder, councils, local authorities, housing associations and other RPs.
Your employer
Your employer is a well-funded manufacturer of an offsite construction housing solution. They are embarking on steady planned growth and are determined not to fall into the trap that others have fallen into within the housing sector. Whilst they are ambitious their stated policy is not to run before they can walk. Their growth will be structured, fully self-financed and is a long term plan rather than needing to satisfy external financiers in the short term.
The role
You will be selling house build solutions to regional contractors and the public sector for well built affordable homes. Your solution will be both manufacture and install on site in order to derisk in particular the local authority, council and housing association sector.
About You
- Well connected with house builders (regionals), councils, local authorities and housing associations
- Have sold an Offsite manufactured solution which could be Timber Frame, Light Steel Frame, Modular or SIP
- Be excited about joining a business that is keen to expand in a measured way
