- Senior business development manager - modular building and accommodation
- Field based sales and some office/team engagement

- Responsibility for sales strategy and customer engagement.
- 1-2 days office based and team orientated / 3-4 days remote, field based and customer-facing.
- Account management – engaging with existing projects and responding to leads from national contract partners.
- New business – identifying new accounts, along with key customer stakeholders, and tracking leads and new enquiries.
- Responsibility for the sales cycle from inception to close.
- Close engagement with other business functions including manufacturing, operations and finance teams.
- Prior B2B field sales experience within the building industry (ideally within modular building, off-site construction, temporary accommodation, or similar field)
- An autonomous and self-motivated approach to sales.
- A positive team attitude and an interest in personal development.
