Our services can be delivered on a standalone basis or delivered as an extension to their in-house team. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the SME corporate sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation through various channels.
- Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and pitch strategies for prospective clients.
Account Management (SME Sector):
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement, feedback, and tailored service offerings.
Team Growth & Leadership:
- Oversee and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Contribute to the hiring, training, and development of future sales team members.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and feedback to senior management.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Person Profile:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the B2B ICT or tech sector.
- Strong track record of success in managing accounts and driving new business, particularly in the SME commercial market.
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous
- Leadership potential, with the desire and capability to build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
