About the Role
The Technology Director will lead the technology strategy of a fast-growing and forward-thinking organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader looking to make a significant impact by driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a secure and scalable technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals.• Lead and manage a small IT and technology team, including cybersecurity.• Oversee integration of third-party systems, including AI, to drive efficiency.• Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, and cyber resilience.• Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets.• Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and innovations.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.• Advise leadership on key technology and business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a Technology Director or Head of Technology.• Strong commercial mindset with experience in high-growth or regulated industries.• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity.• Deep knowledge of GDPR and IT compliance standards.• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Experience managing budgets and cost-effective tech solutions.
