What We're Looking For: We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in children’s residential care or those with transferable skills recognized by Ofsted. You should have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team and a deep commitment to providing outstanding care.

Qualifications:

  • You should hold, or be working towards, a Level 3 Children’s Residential/Children’s Workforce qualification or a Level 4 Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner (Residential).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be responsible for driving our young people to appointments, school, social events, and family visits.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of ÂŁ34,812.34, with an opportunity for an increase after a successful 6-month probation period.
  • A meaningful work schedule of 56.5 hours per week, including sleep-in shifts, allowing you to build strong, supportive relationships with the children in your care.
  • Shifts are based on a 3-week rolling rota, averaging 10 shifts per month, totaling 244.5 hours.
