They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager tolook after a package of works up to 10 million in value taking it from pre construction to delivery and handover. You will be working as part of a larger MEP delivery team reporting into the Lead Electrical PM working in partnership with the main contractor.

As Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for.

• Tender review and validation
• Design Review liaising with consultants, client and main contractor
• Procurement of major plant and subcontractors
• Programming of works using MS Project / Asta
• Oversee all trade contractors
• Leading the package of works from a commercial aspect, overseeing profitability andreporting finically to contracts manager
• Chairing meetings internally and externally
• Management of commissioning stages and project handover to the client

The idealCandidate will have:

• Experience managing large electrical packages cradle to grave as a PM or Senior Engineer
• HNC/D in Engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Team player and values that allign with a JV approach to delivery
