Your new companyYou will be joining a high-profile and established main contractor based in Derby operating in the water sector. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work, being Severn Trent's preferred contractor for the delivery of their non-infrastructure works, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Framework Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Framework Manager, you will be based out of their Derby office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Liaising with project management to ensure work is safely delivered to expected requirements
  • Holding accountability for the successful delivery of work within budgets
  • Engaging with clients, local authorities, subcontractors and other key project stakeholders
  • Ensuring programmes of work are defined and risk management plans are in place
  • Monitoring financial performance and delivery against programmes of work
  • Ensuring activities meet programme outputs and are completed to expected standards.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:

  • Proven successful experience of managing projects from inception through to completion, ideally in the water industry
  • Working knowledge of NEC form of contracts
  • Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of programme delivery processes
  • Financial awareness and ability to work to budgets.
