Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications is essential to the role. " Will have experience working hands on as a surveyor / analyst for a reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Will be able to show excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Familiar producing reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients of all levels. The Role:" Carrying out management & R&D surveys. " Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Undertaking stage 4 clearances. " Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation. " Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation and personal air testing. " Carrying out auditing of contractors on site. " Using information from site to produce detailed surveying / analytical reports on industry relevant systems." Working on longstanding Commercial contracts, working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248.
