We are currently recruiting for a Client services executive individual. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
Handling customer enquiries, addressing any queries, resolving issues and providing an end solution.
Responsibilities of the role
- Outbound Client Engagement, proactively reaching out to clients to understand their needs and schedule internal appointments for tailored consultations
- Consultative Sales Approach to identify the most relevant products and solutions that align with client requirements
- Providing expert, personalized advice to ensure clients make informed decisions that meet their specific circumstances
- Inbound call handling to manage incoming client inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction
- Upselling and CrossSelling promoting additional services and products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
- Building and nurturing longterm relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Maintaining upto-date client records in the internal database while adhering to compliance guidelines
- Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs, contributing to overall business growth.
- Ensuring all client information is accurate and upto-date, facilitating seamless communication and service delivery.
