Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 OTE
Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible: 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm)

About the Role:
Alecto Recruitment is proud to be working with a prestigious Super Car Bodyshop in the Derby area, renowned for its exceptional standards and state-of-the-art facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join their elite team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end vehicles, ensuring they are restored to pristine condition with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Panel Repair & Replacement: Carry out high-quality repairs, including removing, repairing, and replacing damaged panels to the highest manufacturer standards.
New Panel Welding: Perform precise welding on new panels, ensuring structural integrity and flawless finishes.
Jig Work: Utilize jigs effectively to restore vehicle alignment and ensure accurate body structure repairs.
Bond Reverting: Apply advanced bond reverting techniques, ensuring strong and durable repairs.
Damage Assessment: Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify all damage and determine the best repair methods.
Surface Preparation: Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming.
Tool Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained in excellent condition for optimal performance.
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater, preferably in a high-end or supercar environment.
Proficient in welding techniques, jig work, and bond reverting.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications in automotive body repair (NVQ, ATA, or equivalent).
