We are currently partnering with a Main Contractor in London, which tends to focus on tricky refurbishment projects. Manipulating existing buildings to make them bigger, better, more efficient etc.
I am searching Commercial candidate who will be capable of overseeing circa 40m worth of work. This can be split up in many ways such as just one large 40m contract, 2x 20m projects, 2x 15m + 1x 10m etc. so anyone that has previous experience of managing multiple projects concurrently will be preferred however this experience is not 100% essential, but 2 Stage Contract Experience is necessary!!
The role is going to see you involved from early stages, leading the tender stage (whether this is a competitive 2-stage or negotiated contract), managing the pre-construction process through PCSA period through to securing the contract and so forth.
