Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Associate to join a Global Testing Organisation, within a division selling solutions which is going from strength to strength. Our client requires someone with previous B2B sales experience, ability to work to KPIs and desire to learn.

Responsibilities
Develop incoming leads to the point of interest.
Work with pre-agreed data to generate appointments and leads for sales colleagues across a wide range of sectors.
Provide support with bids, tenders and direct sales.
Outbound calling to potential new customers.
Appointment generation
Lead Management
Client contact and pipeline maintenance.
Deliver high levels of customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Close deals
Work to KPIS and achieve sales targets
Updating the Customer Relationship Management System

The Person
Previous business to business sales experience, ideally in selling solutions but our client can be quite flexible with industry.
Previous experience working to KPIs
Understanding the importance of high activity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent IT skills and experience of working with a CRM
Self-motivated with a can do' attitude and desire to learn
Resilient
